Kercsmar Feltus & Collins PLLC, a Scottsdale based litigation boutique, announced this week that five of its attorneys were selected as either Super Lawyers or Southwest Rising Stars by the preeminent lawyer ranking service Super Lawyers. Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters organization, is a research-driven, peer-influenced rating service of lawyers.
Attorneys Geoffrey Kercsmar and Todd Feltus were once again selected for their excellence in business litigation. This marks Geoffrey Kercsmar’s tenth year and Todd Feltus’ seventh year earning this honor.
Attorneys Greg Collins and Sean O’Hara were recognized in the category of intellectual property litigation. With this honor, the firm now boasts two of the “top six ranked” Arizona intellectual property litigation attorneys.
Less than five percent of the state’s lawyers are ranked by Super Lawyers. The multi-factor selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and evaluations, as well as professional achievement in legal practice.
In addition, attorney Dan Crane was honored as a Southwest Rising Star in business litigation. As one of the few attorneys to garner the distinction of Rising Stars, Dan Crane has earned the respect of his peers as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation.
