Practice Areas and Experience
Shannon Collins represents clients in criminal matters and assists clients with internal investigations. Focusing her practice on criminal defense, Shannon handles defense of nearly all possible criminal charges, from the highest-level felonies to the lowest level misdemeanors. She has represented clients accused of securities fraud and other types of white collar crimes. Shannon has also defended assault, drug crimes, DUI/DWI, aggravated DUI, extreme DUI, and homicide. She has significant trial experience.
After practicing for more than 15 years in the public sector as a Assistant Attorney General and Legal Defender, Shannon joined the firm in 2021.
